Experience: VP, First Midwest Bank, Plainfield following its merger with Plainfield National Bank, where he served as EVP and Director serving individuals, small businesses
and municipalities.
Community Service: Plainfield-area Chamber of Commerce (Director and Treasurer); Plainfield School District Board of Education (Treasurer); Plainfield Township Park District Foundation (Director, Treasurer); Plainfield Lions Club; Plainfield United Methodist Church (Admin. Board).
Education: Joliet Junior College, Illinois State University, and Illinois Bankers Association School of Southern Illinois University.

Carl Holmquist
Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking

Expertise: More than 34 years of experience in all areas of commercial banking with extensive expertise in commercial real estate lending—investor or owner/occupied. Specific expertise in assisting small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Experience: Developed and expanded the commercial banking department at Prairie Bank and Trust Company. Previously VP of Commercial Lending at Harris Bank Joliet (formerly First National Bank of Joliet).
Community Service: Born and raised in the Joliet area. Volunteer for the American Cancer Society; Small Business Development Council at Governors State University (Board member).
Education: BS degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University.

Donn Domico
President and CEO

Expertise: All areas of commercial banking, with specific focus in assisting businesses and business owners achieve their strategic goals.
Experience: SVP, MB Financial Bank, managed a commercial banking team and developed relationships with entrepreneurs and their businesses in the south and southwest suburbs. Previously VP, Commercial Banking at LaSalle Bank NA.
Community Service: Executive member of the Brother Rice High School Alumni Association, Executive member of South Suburban College Foundation Board, Chairperson of the St. Michael Athletic Board, appointed member of Village of Orland Park Recreational Advisory Board.
Education: BS degree in Business Management-Finance from Marquette University, attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, University of Pennsylvania.

John F. Slade
Senior Vice President

Expertise: Mr. Slade has been in commercial lending for over 25 years in both commercial real estate and equipment finance positions. For the last 15 years his focus has been with commercial real estate lending, working with construction/development, investor and owner/occupied projects.
Experience: Recently, Mr. Slade was the President of Success Capital, LLC a start-up small balance commercial real estate mortgage company, with offices in Illinois and California. From 1989 - 2005, Mr. Slade was a co-owner in Geneva Leasing Associates, Inc. a commercial finance company with offices in St. Charles and Indianapolis. While at Geneva, he was responsible for credit, operations and portfolio administration. Earlier in his business career, Mr. Slade held various positions with national equipment finance companies, including Household Commercial, Borg Warner and Walter E. Heller.
Community Service: He is the former Chairman of the Campton Township Planning Commission and former member of the Kane County Regional Planning Commission.
Education: Mr. Slade received a BS degree in Finance from Indiana University in 1982 and has resided in the western Chicago suburbs for twenty plus years.

Anne Henderson
Senior Vice President

Experience: CPA with 28 years experience in accounting, operations, human resources and compliance. VP and Controller at Lemont National Bank—a $65 million community bank with six locations. Controller, Accountant/Investment Analyst, and Teller/Teller Supervisor at Central Federal Savings and Loan Association (Cicero). Teller and Teller Supervisor at Unity Savings and Loan, later acquired by Talman Home.
Education: BA in Accounting from Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois (cum laude). Associates of Science degree with Honors from Triton College in 1982. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate in 1995. Member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Kris Fahrner
Vice President

Expertise: More than 20 years experience in banking, specializing in providing private banking services to commercial and retail clients in the community.
Experience: Assistant VP/Branch Manager of HomeStar Bank (Plainfield). Loan Operations Officer, Personal Banking Officer and VP Financial Services at Bank of Commerce (Downers Grove). VP and Cashier at Benchmark Bank (Aurora).
Community Service: Active member of Habitat for Humanity, active in MorningStar Mission and volunteer for United Cerebral Palsy.
Education: Western Illinois University

Brad Hogan
Vice President, Commercial Banking

Expertise: Over 14 years experience in banking, specializing in commercial lending.
Experience: Began career at American National Bank as a Fee Analyst (Chicago) before completing their Credit Training program eventually becoming an Underwriter for JPMorgan Chase (Willowbrook) until joining First Community Bank in 2006.
Community Service: Active member of the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce.
Education: BS degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University.

Joe Strejc
Vice President, Commercial Banking

Expertise: Has over 8 years of commercial banking experience specializing in lending to small to mid-sized businesses in a variety of industries allowing them to achieve their strategic goals.
Experience: Entire career based at MB Financial, most recently serving as AVP in commercial banking focusing on entrepreneurs and businesses in the south and southwestern suburbs. Prior to that, spent 4 years in the MB Financial Leadership Development and Relationship Manager programs.
Community Service: Lifelong member of the community.
Education: B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Finance from the University of St. Francis.

Christopher Ramirez
Assistant Vice President

12 years of commercial and retail banking experience, most recently serving as a Commercial Loan Officer at United Community Bank of Lisle from 2000 to 2006. He began his banking career as a teller in 1994, later transferring to the Commercial Financial Center of Citizens Bank (Berwyn) where he served as a personal banker and in loan operations from 1997 to 2000. He is a graduate of St. Joseph High School.

Nahira Hernandez-Newson
Personal Banker

20 years experience in retail banking, most recently in community banking, serving as a Retail Banking Officer and Personal Banking Trainer at Prairie Bank (Plainfield). Previously, she was a Teller Manager at FirstStar (Chicago) where she was promoted to Personal Banker (Naperville). She began her banking career as a Teller, later becoming a Teller Supervisor at CitiBank (Chicago). Mrs. Henandez-Newson is active in Big Brothers, Big Sisters. BS in Applied Organizational Management from the University of St. Francis.

Larry Summers
Personal Banker

Expertise: Over 20 years of banking experience, specializing in retail and community banking.
Experience: Began banking career at Commercial National Bank (later Citizen’s National Bank) in Berwyn as a teller, and later a senior teller and teller supervisor. Became Branch Manager in Willow Springs. Later moved to JPMorgan Chase, then Bank of America as a personal banker.
Community Service: Longtime member of the community, active member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks since 2000.
Education: Attended Morton Community College with a focus in Business Management and Real Estate.

Karen Colombo
Teller Manager

Served as a Teller at First Midwest for eight years prior to joining FCB. She graduated from St. Francis Academy (Joliet) and has been active for 23 years in the International Order of Kings Daughters & Sons, serving in all offices of that organization.

Lorraine Leslie
Senior Teller

Expertise: Over 40 years of banking experience in the Plainfi eld community.
Experience: Started her banking career at Plainfield National Bank (later First Midwest Bank) as a proof operator and in bookkeeping. Later served as a teller before joining FCB.
Community Service: Lifetime member of the community.
Education: Joliet Junior College with courses in accounting.

Candace Yehnert
Senior Commercial Banking Associate

Expertise: Over 27 years of banking experience, specializing in administrative loan processing and serving commercial clients where building relationships are a top priority.
Experience: Began banking career at South Holland Trust & Savings Bank where she has 21 years of community banking experience in accounting, bookkeeping, personal banking, and operations officer. Most recently worked in the Senior Commercial Division for 5 years at MB Financial Bank.
Community Service: Longtime member of Will County. Serving on church board for over twenty years. Most recently serving the last 6 years as committee chairwoman responsible for special outreach of community service, training and program development involved in supporting a variety of family and youth needs.
Education: Studied Business Management at South Suburban College along with numerous courses in risk management and fraud protection.
